MECHANICAL SERVICES & HVAC SOLUTIONS
UMEC served as the single-source HVAC services contractor for this 260,000-square-foot residential and commercial tower. The company's mechanical construction scope of work included installing pipe for the facility's emergency generator, fabricating and installing the HVAC ductwork needed to ventilate the building's four-level underground parking garage, and putting in the garage's smoke control and carbon monoxide monitoring system.

Rising 28 stories above downtown, the Allegro Towers luxury apartment complex blends high-end appointments and luxury refinements with unobstructed views of San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean from each of its 206 units.
