Certified Professionals Trained to Exceed Industry Standards

Spira-Loc works to maintain industry standards set by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), and were the founding member of the Southern California chapter of NEBB. The Spira-Loc team is further enhanced with its Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau (TABB) trained personnel.

Studies show that proper testing, adjusting, and balancing, along with commissioning, can result in energy savings of 15 to 30 percent. In addition, a correctly commissioned building improves indoor air quality, reduces maintenance requirements, and generates fewer occupant complaints.

Building owners and tenants know that in order to keep operating costs down, a building’s environmental performance must be consistently optimized. However, these goals can only be accomplished when a building’s heating, ventilation, HVAC, and hydronic systems are properly balanced.

Our certified professionals have extensive TAB experience in a wide range of settings, including:

  • Healthcare
  • Research laboratories
  • Water and wastewater
  • Power generation
  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Hospitality
  • Higher education
